(hereinafter: “Biopet” or “the Company”) respects the privacy of its customers, including users who access websites owned and operated by it: www.biopet.co.il, www.bonzo.co.il, www.la-cat.co.il, www.theurbanchoice.com, and www.biopetex.com, as well as users of the various services offered through these platforms (collectively referred to as “the Users” or “the User”), including members of the Biopet Customer Club and other company platforms such as the mobile applications operated by Biopet (hereinafter: “the Website(s)”, “the Club”, and “the Applications”, respectively, and collectively: “the Digital Interfaces”).
2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe, among other things, how the Company uses information provided by users while browsing or using the websites and applications, when registering for the customer club and/or subscribing to newsletters, and/or when making purchases or placing orders via the websites, the applications, or in physical stores. It also describes how information is collected in the course of campaigns, promotions, and benefits, and how users engage with content displayed through the websites, the club, newsletters, and other promotions and campaigns.
3. The terms of this Privacy Policy form an integral part of the websites’ Terms of Use. The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technological, business, legal, or regulatory changes. Such updates will be published in this document, which will be available in its most recent version on the websites. Your continued use of the websites and the Digital Interfaces constitutes your consent to the most updated version of this Privacy Policy, including any amendments made from time to time. Therefore, the company recommends reviewing this policy periodically.
4. All terms and definitions used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use, unless the context requires otherwise.
5. Use of the websites is conditional upon your agreement to this policy, the Terms of Use, and the Site Regulations. By browsing or using the Websites and/or by providing any information to Biopet through the websites, the user confirms that they have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
B. Provision of Information
6. Biopet may collect and store any information about Website Users that is provided by them or collected by Biopet as a result of, or in connection with, their use of the Websites and Interfaces, as detailed in this Policy.
7. Some of the services and/or benefits offered through the Websites, the Interfaces, and/or through various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp – collectively: “Social Media Platforms”), and/or through the customer club, online or in-store purchases, newsletter registration, or participation in certain promotions and campaigns, may require the submission of personal information such as name, address, contact details, including phone number and email address. It is clarified that the user is not legally required to provide such information, and providing it is voluntary and subject to the user’s freely given consent. 8. The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that any information provided and/or collected about them in the course of their interaction with the Company and/or through use of the websites, Digital interfaces, or Customer Club (hereinafter: “the Data”) will be stored in the Company’s databases.
9. The user is aware and acknowledges that they are under no legal obligation to provide the information and that doing so is voluntary and based on their freely given consent, for the purpose of receiving the Company’s services.
10. When using the websites and the Digital interfaces and/or contacting the company, the user may choose to communicate via social media or other third-party services. Any such interaction will be at the user’s discretion and sole responsibility. It is clarified that using these channels may direct the user away from the company’s websites to external sites operated by third parties, which are subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those third parties. From that point onward, Biopet and its affiliates have no control over, and bear no responsibility for, the use or processing of the user’s data by such third parties.
11. The user declares and undertakes that all information provided and/or updated on the websites and on the Digital interfaces is true, accurate, and complete, and that it was provided in their own name and on their own behalf, unless expressly authorized to do so for another person. The information provided by the user (even as a guest, without registration) as well as information accumulated about the user and their activity on the websites and interfaces, will be stored in the company’s database described above and used in accordance with the purposes set forth in Section C below, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

Such information may be used to operate, manage, enhance, improve, or modify the websites (including customizing the content displayed to each user), and to provide the services and content offered to users – whether individually, collectively, or to specific user segments. 15. The Company may send operational messages, notifications, and updates through various channels, including email or SMS.
16. Without derogating from the above, and subject to the User’s consent to receive direct marketing and promotional communications, the company may from time to time send the user – via email or other means of communication (including phone, fax, SMS, or automated systems) – information about its services, marketing or promotional materials, its own products, and benefits offered by it (including offers for third-party products). Such communications may include personalized content based on data segmentation and analysis or any other lawful use.
